Tour Description
Our tour begins with reception at Tuxtla Gutiérrez Airport, from where we will head to the Chiapa de Corzo dock.
At 10:30 a.m., we will start a guided boat ride through the impressive Sumidero Canyon, a natural wonder with walls that reach over 1,000 meters high. For approximately 2 hours, you will enjoy spectacular landscapes and observe the native flora and fauna of the region in their natural habitat.
After the boat tour, we will continue to the Sumidero Canyon viewpoints, where you can enjoy unique panoramic views of this stunning natural setting.
Next, we will head to the Magical Town of Chiapa de Corzo, a charming colonial city founded in 1528. Here we will visit its iconic 16th-century Mudéjar fountain, learn about its history and culture, and have time to taste the local cuisine and stroll through its streets full of tradition.
We conclude our journey with a transfer to San Cristóbal de las Casas, where you will arrive around 5:00 p.m., ending an unforgettable cultural and natural experience.
